Dr. George Mills has over 40 years experience in formulating paints and coatings of all types. This includes both liquid applied coatings as well as powder coatings. We have considerable experience in formulating, manufacturing, and application of fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) pipe and re-bar coatings. Dr. Mills served six years in the Middle East as Technical Director for one of the largest pipe coating facilities in the world.

Bench level formulation expertise has allowed commercializing coatings, solvent based epoxies, urethanes, vinyls, and essentially all other generic types.  Matching competitive samples has required gaining knowledge in deformulation. Expertise in water based, high solids and powder coatings round out our high degree of experience in this area.
